I look for diabetic friendly, low sugar and low carbohydrate alternates that are packed with plant proteins and nutrition. I mostly stay away from complicated multi-step cooking. Simple one-pot meals and oven bake and saute methods interest me more.
My ingredients and methods maybe condensed. I do not add extensive details on exact measurements or nutrition facts. My cooking is more intuitive than measured. Indian Spices feature in a lot of my recipes. Experiment and feel free to alter them based on your own taste preferences.
