Kefir Chia Savory Drink

Quick and Easy, Smoothies

Ingredients :

  • Plain low-fat kefir – ½ cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Presoaked and refrigerated chia – ¼ cup
  • Ginger paste, a pinch of asafoetida, salt – as needed

 

Method :

Add all ingredients into a 20 oz blender bottle and shake and enjoy!

 

Variations :

Skip asafoetida and salt and add ¼ tsp of Chaat Masala for additional spice and zing.

Use 2 tbsp of plain nonfat Greek Yogurt instead of Kefir
