Chia Quinoa Yogurt Mix

Quick and Easy, Rice and Grains

Traditional South Indian comfort food Thair Saadam with a modern and healthy twist!

Ingredients :

  • Organic Quinoa  – 1 cup
  • Water – 1.5 cup
  • Chia seeds soaked in water and refrigerated – ½ cup
  • Greek Yogurt  or Kefir – 1 cup or as needed
  • Salt, asafoetida, chopped ginger or ginger paste 1tsp

 

Method:

Rinse and cook quinoa in Instant Pot with water using High-Pressure Manual mode for 1 minute. Release pressure naturally.

Cool quinoa to room temperature.

Add all other ingredients to quinoa and mix together into a pudding-like consistency.

Add tadka/seasoning ( Indian Style )

Enjoy with pickle or a vegetable side dish!
