Colorful Broccoli and Bell

My favorite broccoli dish is ready in 10 mins with minimum effort!

Ingredients:

  • Chopped Broccoli florets, chopped colored peppers, chopped red onion
  • Olive oil or Avocado oil Spray
  • Salt, Fresh ground black pepper, red pepper flakes

 

Method:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Spread veggies evenly in a tray covered with parchment paper.

Spray with oil to coat the veggies lightly.

Bake for 10-12 mins.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Enjoy the color, taste, and nutrition all in one!

 

Variations:

Use other veggies that can bake in similar time frames

Skip the salt and peppers and sprinkle with Chaat Masala instead for a zesty Indian flavor.
