Set Instant Pot in Saute Mode.
Add oil and seasoning ingredients and let it splutter. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, and garlic ginger paste. Saute together.
Add chopped cabbage, spices, and salt. Add ½ cup of water. Give it a mix.
Close IP, Cook in High-Pressure Manual Mode for 1 min. Release pressure naturally.
Mix in lemon juice.
Sprinkle a generous amount of raw pumpkin seeds and garnish with chopped cilantro.
