Here are 10 interesting myths about IF :
I just started on my IF journey …
For full disclosure, I am not a diabetic and I started IF just last month – with 14 hour fasting 🙂
My goals here are to lose some abdominal weight ( who doesn’t ? ) but primarily to also feel good and reduce my snacking on Processed Food.
Here is what I have been following :
7:30 – 8:00am : A cup of hot Lemon Spice Tea ( no cream or sugar )
10:30 – 11:00am : A piece of fruit – apple, plout, mandarin orange, half a banana or similar
12:30pm – 1:00pm : My usual lunch, with a lot of veggies and grains. No restrictions.
4:00 – 4:30pm : A cup of tea with a tbsp of milk and a pinch of coconut sugar. Snack choices : Dry roasted nuts/dates, Quinoa chia tortilla chips, and salsa, other similar crunchy processed food, a piece of fruit, and similar.
7:30 – 8:00pm: My usual dinner, veggies, grains, yogurt. No restrictions. No food after.
No significant change in my abdominal size yet, but I am happy to report that my snacking temptations are reduced and I am feeling energetic. I think it is a great start!
