Garlic Peppery Squash Carrot

Low Carb, Quick and Easy

Ingredients:

  • Chopped Pattypan or Summer Squash – 3 cups
  • Baby carrots sliced or whole – 2 cups

Method:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

Spread veggies evenly in a tray covered with parchment paper. Spray with oil to coat the veggies lightly.

Bake for 25 mins. Sprinkle with garlic salt pepper combo.

Note:
