Beet Ginger Masala Lemonade ( No added sugar )

Ingredients :

  • ½ of  small beet – peeled and rough chopped
  • Water – 3-4 cups
  • Ginger – 1 inch peeled and rough chopped
  • Lemon juice – 3 tbsp or as needed
  • Black Salt and ground black pepper, or Chaat Masala as needed

 

Method :

Cover and cook the beet with 2 tbsp water in the microwave until soft ( 2 mins ). Blend beets and ginger with water and along with lemon juice and spices.

Serve with a few ice cubes and a sprig of mint for a refreshing nutritious lemonade with a zing!
